Journal - Why is it important to create an outline before writing a paper? What web tool did you choose to start building your outline in? How would you evaluate the tool? Easy to use, difficult, fun, pretty looking, etc.
It is important to outline before you write a paper so you can organize it and have all of your thoughts collected before you start writing. I used bubbl.us to start outlining my paper. I thought it was a little confusing to use at first, but then I got use to it. I think it looks very organized but a little boring. There isn't much color on the website. Other then that I think it was a good website to use because it was easy to figure out.
